All entries will be tabulated and on January 15, 2007 an independent party will pick one winner from the list of qualified entries.  The winner will be posted on this website and they will be contacted by registered mail.  The winner will receive a prepaid $4,000 major gas card that will be valid at all of their locations nationwide.
